Finishing up all my old miniatures...

It’s a sad day in the Rios Mansion, my horde of unpainted miniatures is slowing
going away. I have about 60 or so Warzone figures, most I don't care for, some
plastic Khorne berserkers, and some miniatures I'm going to strip and repaint.
Pretty soon I will not have a thing to paint, this makes me very sad.
I want to start collecting modern 28MM figures and WW2 figures. But the prices for these figures are still very expensive.
I might start to build models again for tanks and helicopters, but I would love to start to do Pulp or moderns, any thoughts out there for where I should start?
